SUMMARY OF DEVELOPMENT HISTORY
The Department of Administration and Organization was established under Decision No. 41/QD-CDKTCN dated February 19, 2025, of the Rector of Vinh Phuc College of Technology and Engineering on the basis of merging the Department of Administration - Organization of Vinh Phuc Vocational College and the Department of Organization - Administration of Vinh Phuc College of Economics and Technology.
* Functions:
To advise and assist the Rector on personnel organization work, administrative work, clerical work, archives, emulation and commendation, discipline; security and order work, internal protection of the school.
To perform administrative - synthesis work, clerical - archives work.
* Tasks:
- To perform general administrative work: clerical work, archives, housekeeping, reception, foreign affairs, decoration of banners and slogans on holidays, New Year,...
- To advise and assist the Rector in arranging the organization, managing and training officials, teachers, and staff, recruiting public servants, labor contracts, and retirement regimes for officials, teachers, and staff according to the decentralization of the Provincial People's Committee, ensuring compliance with current processes and regulations.
- To advise and assist the Rector in drafting Decisions to establish councils, personnel decisions, and other decisions within authority, tracking the mobilization and transfer of work of officials, teachers, and staff.
- To organize the implementation of regimes and policies for officials, teachers, and staff.
- To manage, update, and supplement profiles of officials, teachers, and staff.
- To act as the Standing Body of the school's Emulation, Commendation, and Discipline Council.
- To statistics and report on personnel organization work periodically and unexpectedly.
- To cooperate with functional units to supervise and manage the implementation of regulations, working regulations, guidelines, and policies of the school.
- To manage and operate cars.
- To perform internal political protection work.
- To act as the daily guard at the entrance gate of the agency, guarding bicycles, motorbikes, and cars. To track and control people and transport vehicles entering and leaving the agency, ensuring absolute safety of State and personal property. To detect and promptly handle incidents of insecurity and disorder in the school.
- To cooperate with local sectors and authorities at all levels in planning to ensure political security, social order, and safety, making profiles to handle violations of rules on protecting public order and security in the school area.
- To perform other tasks assigned by the Rector.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister in 2014.
- Emulation Banner from the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Province for the 2019-2020 academic year, 2021-2022 academic year.
- Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Province for many years.
- Title of "Excellent Labor Collective" for many years.
