1. Accreditation & Standardization: Achieve institutional educational quality accreditation by 2027.
2. Positional Development: Become a high-quality college by 2028 and a regional high-quality vocational training and practice center by 2030.
3. Training Programs: Develop open, modern training programs updated with national, ASEAN, and international standards; aligned with enterprise and market demands; and implement international cooperation programs.
4. Human Resources: Cultivate a team of managers, lecturers, and staff with strong expertise, high vocational skills, modern teaching methodologies, and capacity for research and technology transfer.
5. Facilities & Learning Environment: Build a modern, green, and sustainable educational environment; invest in standardized facilities, equipment, and modern technology; ensure a learning and practice readiness rate of over 90%.
6. Institutional Governance: Establish a modern governance system; comprehensively digitalize management, training, and quality assurance activities.
7. Enterprise Cooperation: Strengthen partnerships with enterprises and implement customized training orders; develop production activities as well as product and service supplies.
8. Training Scale - Enrollment Counseling - Job Placement: Achieve a training scale of 18,000 to over 20,000 students by 2030; achieve 100% of the annual enrollment plan; control the dropout rate for intermediate and college levels to not exceed 20% per course; ensure over 90% of graduates find employment in their trained fields within 12 months after graduation.
9. Science - Technology - Innovation: Effectively implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo; execute 3-5 scientific tasks and support a minimum of 2 student startup projects annually.
10. Learner Satisfaction: Achieve a satisfaction rate of over 95% among students regarding management, career counseling, job placement support, scientific research, and entrepreneurship. |
