FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Functions:
+ Provide enrollment counseling for long-term, short-term, and interconnected training programs, and job placement services for graduates;
+ Organize training service activities, joint ventures, and technology transfer for workers and enterprises.
- Duties:
+ Develop counseling activity plans consistent with the school's duties and training plans.
+ Organize the implementation of counseling, communication, and promotional work to serve the school's enrollment activities.
+ Organize and collaborate with other organizations and units regarding enrollment work and career counseling for high school students regarding training majors/occupations.
+ Coordinate with the Training Department to receive students' enrollment applications.
+ Advise workers and enterprises on training content, programs, and human resource development to serve the enterprises' production and business activities.
+ Propose to the Principal rewards and disciplinary measures for collectives and individuals in the implementation of enrollment work.
+ Collect and analyze the demand for trained labor recruitment of enterprises and society. Sign contracts with enterprises on labor supply from the source of graduates.
+ Provide job counseling and placement services, and organize graduate tracking surveys.
+ Collect and provide the school with information on requirements for scientific, technical, and technological innovation so that the school can orient research, modify, and supplement training content and programs to meet the practical demands of production and business.
+ Coordinate with specialized departments and faculties within the school to implement contracts for sending students to do production internships at enterprises in accordance with the objectives and training programs of each occupation.
