FUNCTIONS, TASIONS
- Implement teaching and learning plans as well as other extracurricular activities in accordance with the annual teaching curriculum and plans of the college;
- Compile curriculums, textbooks, and learning materials when assigned; organize research on content innovation and improvement of teaching methodologies to enhance training quality;
- Conduct experimental activities, scientific research, and application of techniques and technology into the teaching process;
- Manage teachers, staff, and learners under the unit's authority;
- Manage and effectively utilize facilities and equipment in accordance with the regulations of the Principal;
- Implement the reporting regime in accordance with the regulations of the Principal;
- Execute other specific tasks assigned by the Principal.

- Year 2016: Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister
- Year 2018: Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee
- Year 2021: Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee
- Year 2024: Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee
3. Certificates of Commendation at provincial/grassroots level
- Year 2017: Successfully completed tasks, achieving the title of "Excellent Labor Collective", Decision No. 2184/QD-CT dated August 04, 2017 by the Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee.
- Year 2020: Successfully completed tasks, achieving the title of "Excellent Labor Collective", Decision No. 2517/QD-CT dated October 09, 2020 by the Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee.
