Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology strengthens enterprise partnerships – expanding job opportunities for students (21/04/2026)

On April 18, 2026, at Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology, the Conference on Career Orientation Counseling, Admissions, and Labor Supply–Demand Connection of Phu Tho Province 2026 was held with the participation of provincial People’s Committee leaders, departments, agencies, educational institutions, and a large number of businesses, pupils, and students in the area. At the conference, the College directly signed cooperation agreements on training and workforce supply with many major enterprises in the province. This not only helps improve training quality to meet the increasingly high demands of the labor market but also contributes to developing a high-quality workforce serving local socio-economic development.

The Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee set the goal: “By 2030, Phu Tho will become one of the growth poles of the Capital region; a center for industrial, commercial, logistics, tourism, healthcare, and high-quality education development...” and identified “focusing on developing high-quality human resources” as a breakthrough. Based on this orientation, policies on education, training, and labor–employment are being synchronously implemented in line with central directives, gradually concretized into programs and projects for provincial human resource development. In particular, to meet the demand for trained and high-quality labor serving enterprise production and the labor market, vocational education institutions and businesses have, for many years, promoted cooperation to ensure employment for graduates through activities such as: receiving students and vocational teachers for visits, practical experiences, and internships at enterprises; contributing to curriculum development; providing recruitment information for graduates; coordinating with the Provincial Employment Service Center to organize job fairs and invite enterprises to directly recruit college students; and signing cooperation agreements with enterprises inside and outside the province to introduce and supply labor.

As a key vocational education institution, Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology has, for many years, directly signed training and workforce supply cooperation agreements with numerous major enterprises both within and outside the province. By strengthening enterprise partnerships, organizing job fairs, and providing students with practical experiences at large corporations and companies, the College maintains a graduate employment rate of over 85%, with high-quality programs reaching 100%. This is a crucial factor in building trust among parents and students when choosing to study at the College.

Continuing to affirm its orientation of aligning training with practical needs and the principle of “placing learners at the center and enterprises as partners,” the recent conference highlighted cooperation agreements between the College and businesses as a key feature. The College signed agreements with major enterprises such as Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd., Jahwa Vina Co., Ltd., and Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen Hotel. These agreements focus on order-based training, internships, post-graduation recruitment, and collaboration in developing practice-oriented training programs.

Within the framework of the Conference on Career Orientation Counseling, Admissions, and Labor Supply–Demand Connection of Phu Tho Province 2026, the College signed cooperation agreements with several major local enterprises.

According to the agreements, in 2026, the College will supply hundreds of high-quality workers to enterprises, focusing on key fields such as Electrical–Electronics, Information Technology, Automation, Veterinary Services, and Accounting. These are all sectors with high recruitment demand, aligned with current industrial and labor market trends. Notably, cooperation extends beyond recruitment to include practical activities such as enterprise participation in curriculum development, equipment support, coordination in professional and soft skills training, and creating opportunities for students to learn in real working environments while still in school. Through these cooperation activities, the College continues to affirm its sustainable development strategy: linking training with enterprises, combining theory with practice, and committing to employment for graduates.

The College also strengthens the integration of theoretical lessons with practical training, enhancing training quality to meet real-world business needs.

The successful organization of the Conference has not only strengthened the close linkage between “Schools – Government – Enterprises” but also created many practical job opportunities for pupils and students, especially young local human resources.

In the coming time, Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology will continue to expand its cooperation network with enterprises both inside and outside the province, continuously improve training quality, meet the increasing demands of the labor market, and contribute to developing high-quality human resources for socio-economic development.
