Implementing Plan No. 49/KH-UBND dated February 12, 2026, of the Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee on the execution of Decision No. 1169/QĐ-TTg dated June 16, 2025, of the Prime Minister approving the Program to promote communications for the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Political Bureau, Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology has proactively developed Plan No. 141/KH-CĐKTCN dated May 22, 2026. This plan aims to boost communications for implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and deploy communication tasks synchronously, consistently, and effectively to raise the awareness and responsibility of staff, lecturers, trainees, and students in executing tasks and solutions for national, Phu Tho provincial, and institutional development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation towards 2030.

Parallel to closely following the assigned tasks in Plan No. 49/KH-UBND of the Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, the College's Plan No. 141/KH-CĐKTCN also aims to propagate the implementation of tasks within Action Program No. 01-CTr/ĐU dated June 27, 2025, of the Party Committee of Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Political Bureau; Plan No. 152/KH-CĐKTCN dated September 17, 2025, on implementing the Project to develop Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology into a high-quality college; Plan No. 43/KH-CĐKTCN dated March 20, 2026, on Digital Transformation in Vocational Education and Training for the 2026-2030 period;...

The College identifies communications as a core task to raise the awareness and responsibility of all staff, lecturers, and students. The core objective is to deeply integrate the guidelines of the Party and policies of the State and Phu Tho Province into all vocational education activities. At the same time, it aims to promote the college's role in the innovation ecosystem, connecting training - research - enterprises - localities, while building a positive image, prestige, and brand for the college. It conveys the college's message: "High-quality human resource training, training tied to enterprises and post-training job placement," contributing to building Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology into a hub for training, research, and dissemination of scientific, technological knowledge, and innovation within the province.

According to Plan No. 141/KH-CĐKTCN, the roadmap of the college's communication work for implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW is divided into phases with specific targets. From 2026, the college continues to establish a communication network, ensuring that 100% of staff involved in communication work receive professional journalistic skills training on writing about science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. The college's website and social media communication channels will be operated synchronously to continuously update institutional activities and promptly disseminate guidelines, policies, and documents from the Central Government, the province, and the college on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; implementing scientific research projects, participating in technical and scientific creativity contests, and formulating digital transformation plans;... By 2030, the college strives for 100% of staff, lecturers, and students to have full access to orientation information on scientific-technological development and digital transformation; and the communication workforce will be intensively trained in modern communication skills.

To achieve the above goals, the college focuses on comprehensively renovating both communication content and methods. It concentrates on widely promoting research results, technology transfers, effective startup models, and typical technical initiatives by lecturers and students. Communication content will not just be dry documents but will be diversified into engaging formats such as news, articles, videos, infographics, and "Digital Handbooks." The college website will also connect to the digital resource repositories of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the province.

Technically, the college's website is being studied for a redesign on a modern platform, applying advanced technology, while maximizing the power of social media networks and new technologies to create a breakthrough in transmitting scientific, technological, and innovation information. Content on digital transformation, digital libraries, and online teaching and learning applications are also directly integrated into the training curricula so that students can early adapt to a digital working environment.

One of the highlights of the plan for the coming period is maintaining and consolidating the College's Communications Club and Technical Communications Team, collaborating closely with the Youth Union and Student Association to act as the core forces organizing events such as the Startup Idea Contest "START UP IDEA", student competitions, career orientation days,... In each specific activity, functional departments, academic faculties, centers, and mass organizations will proactively propose, select, and commend typical groups and individuals with positive solutions and results that bring efficiency in management, teaching, and learning based on the application of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation to spread and replicate.

Strong communications on science, technology, and digital transformation serve as a lever for Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology to realize its Project to become a high-quality college by 2026 and subsequent years. Under the close direction of the Party Committee and the Board of Management, along with the consensus of all staff and officials, Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology is stepping firmly on its journey of transformation, asserting its position as a modern hub for training, research, and dissemination of scientific knowledge, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of Phu Tho Province and the country.
