In response to the 5th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2026, Vinh Phuc College of Technology and Engineering (VPCTE) organized numerous meaningful and practical activities. These events aimed to spread a passion for reading while building and developing a reading culture among all staff, lecturers, and students.
